NEW METHOD AND PROCEDURE ON THE
PAYMENT OF VISA AND CONSULAR SERVICES
FEE
Effective August, 1, 2006, the
Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia
in Manila will be implementing new
method and procedure on the payment
of visa and consular fee as follows:
1. Visa and Consular fee must be
paid by Manager's cheque payable to
“Embassy
of the Republic of Indonesia”.
2.
Manager's cheque can be procured in
the following three (3) banks:
a.
Banco De Oro
b.
Union Bank
c.
Bank of the Philippine Island
(BPI)
3. Manager's cheque should be valid
at least. six (6) months upon
submission of the visa application
form or consular
assistance/services. Should there be
any alteration or correction in the
Manager's cheque, it should be
ensured that the authorized bank
authorities countersign the
alteration and/or
correction.
4.
Manager's cheque should be submitted
together with the other required,
documents in connection with
application for visa and consular
services.
5.
The assigned Embassy visa and
consular officers will process the
application for visa and consular
services only upon completion of all
the requirements.
6.
If the payment amount is incorrect.
and there is an invalid method of
payment, the application will be
returned to the applicant.
7.
Refund of payment could be arranged
by the applicant with the concerned
bank.
