The
Central Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in
cooperation with the Department of
Foreign Affairs of the Republic of
Indonesia will be organizing the
International Conference of Islamic
Scholars (ICIS II) on 20-22 June 2006 at
Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Accreditation is required to
representatives of recognized media
organizations assigned to cover the ICIS
II. Journalists Visa should be applied
to the Indonesian Embassy with the
following requirements:
1. Letter of assignment
(stating the purpose and the duration of
the
stay) from the Media
Executive/ Editor-in-chief/ Bureau
Chief;
2. Filled-up application
forms (available the Indonesian Embassy
or
Consulate Office in
the country of origin);
3. Media Accreditation
Application Form (see attached form)
3. Photocopy of passport;
4. ID picture
(passport-size) – 2 pcs.; and
5. List of equipments
On-site
registration will be opened at 10:00 am
on 19 June 2006 at the Media
Secretariat, Jakarta Convention Centre.
