MULTIPLE ENTRY BUSINESS VISA
1. Multiple entry business visa is
issued to applicants who intend to
visit Indonesia on several occasion
for specific purpose:
a. discussion
on trade transactions;
b. on-the-spot
observation on import-export operations;
c. discussion
between Indonesian companies and
overseas companies concerning capital
commodity production;
d. joint
venture project with Indonesian
partners;
e. to
attend meeting held by the head office
or representative office in Indonesia;
f. performs
quality control duties on articles for
export from Indonesia
2. The
visa is valid for 1 (one) year from the
date of issuance with a maximum stay of
60 (sixty) days per journey.
3. Issuance
of the multiple entry business visa is
subject for approval from the Indonesian
Immigration Authority in Indonesia. The
sponsor applies for approval on behalf
of the applicant.
Requirements:
1. Completely filled
business visa application form
2. 2
(two) copies recent, colored photograph
(red background) size 1 1/2 X 1 1/2
inches, taken not more than 6 (six)
months;
3. Curriculum
vitae (bio data)
4. Original
and photocopy of round
trip/through/onward ticket.
5. Passport
valid at least 1 (one) year upon
arrival in Indonesia;
6. The
approval copy from the Indonesia
Immigration Authority in Jakarta.
7. Pay
P
5,000.00
in Manager’s check from the following
banks: Banco de Oro, Union Bank, Bank of
the Philippine Islands (BPI) and payable
to the order: Embassy of the Republic
of Indonesia.
