GOVERNMENT VISIT VISA
-
The visa is issued for the purpose of a visit
by an individual government official or of an
international organization to the Indonesian
government; a visit of a private foreign
organization to the Indonesian government;
-
The visa is valid for 90 (ninety) days on the
date of issuance for a single journey with a
maximum stay of 60 (sixty) days;
-
For some nationalities, the issuance of the
visa may be subject for approval from the
Indonesian Immigration Authority in which the
sponsor in Indonesia applies on behalf of the
applicant for approval.
Requirements to be submitted to the Embassy:

Completely filled application
form;
-
2 (two) copies of recent, colored photograph
(red background) size 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 taken not
more than 6 (six) months

Original round trip/through/onward ticket.

Passport of at least 6 (six) months valid upon
arrival in Indonesia;
-
A formal Letter of Guarantee from the sponsor
in Indonesia addressed to: Consular Affairs,
Indonesian Embassy, which states the purpose of
the visit.

Foreigners who are permanent resident of the
Philippines, the following requirements should
be submitted together with the requirements:

Alien Card of Registration (ACR);

Immigration Card of Registration;
-
Re-entry Permit;
-
Valid Philippine Visa
-
If so required, the approval copy from the
Indonesian Immigration Authority in Jakarta;
-
Visa Fee is P2,250.00 and should be paid by
Manager’s Check payable to: Embassy of the
Republic of Indonesia. The Manager’s Check can
be procured from Union Bank, Banco de Oro and
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI).
