DIPLOMATIC/SERVICE VISA

 

1.   Diplomatic and Service Visa is granted  for holders of diplomatic/service passport only;

 

2.   Diplomatic/Service Visa is good for a single entry and valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issuance.

 

3.   For diplomatic/service assignments or duty which requires more  than 3 (three) months stay, the visa may be extended/convertible to stay permit which can be applied from the Department of Foreign Affairs at Jl. Pejambon No. 6 Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

4.   Diplomatic/Service Visa is Gratis (FREE).

 

Required Documents to be submitted to the Embassy:

 

1.   Completely filled Diplomatic/Service Visa application form;

2.   2 (two) copies of recent, colored photograph (red background)  size 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 inches, taken not more than 6 (six) months;

3.   Valid diplomatic/service passport, at least 6 (six) months upon arrival in Indonesia;

4.   Note Verbale (Diplomatic Note) from the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines or Embassies and international institutions accredited to the Philippines.

5.   Return ticket/onward ticket
