Diplomatic / Service Visa

1. Both visas are granted for holders of diplomatic / service passport only.
   
   
2. They are good for single entry and valid for within 3 (three) months from the date of issue.
   
   
3. For those who are in diplomatic / service assignment or duty which requires more than three month stay, this visa may be extendable / convertible to stay permit which can be applied from the Department for Foreign Affairs at Jl. Pejambon no. 6, Jakarta.
   
   
4. Both visas are gratis/ free

Required documents should be submitted to the Embassy, as follows:

1. Two pieces of completely filled out visa application form for diplomatic / service;
   
   
2. Two pieces recent, colored photograph with size of 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches, taken not more than six months, to be attached on the space provided for;
   
   
3. Valid diplomatic / service passport, at least 6 (six) months valid upon arrival in Indonesia;
   
   
4. Note-Verbale (Diplomatic Note) from Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines or embassies or international institutions accredited in the Philippines.
