Legalization
How to apply & process of the Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance)
 

Legalization / Legalisasi.

Legalization of company’s documents by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia.

Requirements:

      • Based in the Philippines with a full Philippines address.
      • With Philippines Notary Public legalization.
      • Certified by/ Legalization by DFA-Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines. (Consular Section —DFA, Roxas Blvd, Pasay City)
      • Request letters to the Chief of Consular Affairs of the Indonesian Embassy.
      • Original Document plus one copy each document
      • 3 (three) days processing, not include Saturday, Sunday and any Indonesian/ Philippines holiday. Fee P.360/each-per document.

How to apply and process of the Indonesian Police Clearance.

(Good Conduct Certificate)/ Surat Kelakuan Baik/ Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan Baik.

Apply to residents and sub-district police offices, non-citizens photocopy of passport, photocopy of KITAS (Indonesian Residence Permit), Photocopy of SKLD (Surat Keterangan Lapor Diri), a letter from the company where the applicant worked whilst in Indonesia or an introduction letter from the Embassy/ mission of the respective country and three colored passport photos (4x6cm).

The form must be obtained from the Police Office.

Applicants must write the letters of requesting the Police Clearance to the Headquarters of State Police of the Republic of Indonesia Directorate of Intelligence and Control, Jl. Trunojoyo No.3, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia.

(Indonesian Embassy didn’t issued any Police Clearance), the applicant must process in Indonesian.

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO OBTAIN A POLICE CERTIFICATE OF GOOD

CONDUCT FROM THE DIRECTORATE OF INTELLEGENCE AND CONTROL OF

THE POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

1. Requirements of the documents needed to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct for

foreigners who has ever resided in Indonesia:

a. Photocopy of passport
b. Photocopy of Limited Stay Permit Card (KJTAS)
c. Photocopy of Police Alien Records (SKLD)
d. Letter from the company stating the place he /she works during his/her stay in Indonesia.
e. Letter from the Embassy if point (d) is no longer possible to obtain (because the company is already closed-down, etc.)
f. Three (3) colored photographs, size 4 X 6 cm.

Note:
The applicant could authorize someone if he/she is unable to arrange the Certificate of Good Conduct.


2. Documents required to obtain the Certificate of Good Conduct for Indonesian citizens, who are studying, working or joining their husband abroad:

a. Certification of Good Conduct from the local Police Precinct where applicant is staying
b. Residence Certificate
c. Head of Family Card
d. Birth Certificate
e. Letter of Consent from parents/guardians, for applicants under age/single status
f. Marriage Certificate for those joining their husband abroad (from the Office of Religious Affairs or the Office of Civil Registry for non-Muslims)
g. Letter of permit from husband noted and seen by the Neighborhood Association (RT)/Citizens Association (RW)/Village Head (Lurah) for Women Overseas Workers
h. Bio-data made by the Indonesian Manpower Service Bureau for Indonesian Manpower/Women Overseas Workers candidates.
i. Medical check up for Indonesian Manpower/Women Overseas Workers candidates.
j. Three (3) photographs, size 4 X 6 cm.
