by the Department of Foreign Affairs
of the Philippines and then by the
Indonesian Embassy.

Document which will be used in the
Philippines should be legalized
first by the Directorate Perdata,
Ministry of Justice and Human
Right; by the Directorate of
Consular Affairs, Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of the Republic of
Indonesia; and by the Philippine
Embassy in Jakarta or Philippine
Consulate General in Manado.

Legalization fee of P1,000.00, in
Manager’s Check from Banco de Oro,
Union Bank, Bank of the Philippine
Islands (BPI) and payable to:
Embassy of the Republic of
Indonesia.
