Persyaratan:

Telah lapor datang ke KBRI;

Mengisi formulir lapor pulang;
-
Pemohon mengisi formulir membawa
barang sesuai dengan data di paspor
dengan lampiran daftar barang yang
dibawa;
-
Fotocopy Bill of Lading/Household
Goods Inventory (apabila menggunakan
jasa movers shipment).
-
Membayar biaya sebesar P100.00
dengan Manager’s Check dari Banco de
Oro, Bank of the Philippine Islands
(BPI) dan Unionbank. Pembayaran
ditujukan kepada Embassy of the
Republic of Indonesia.

departure;

Fill up form for household goods,
copy of the passport, list of
household things ;

Photocopy of the Bill of
Lading/Household Goods Inventory
from the movers if any;

A fee of P100.00, manager’s check
from Banco de Oro, Bank of the
Philippine Islands (BPI), Unionbank
payable to: Embassy of the
Republic of Indonesia.
